Many people think that an agent's sole purpose is to find a home for their Buyers. NOT TRUE. What happens after the "perfect home" is sought out is equally as important.

Unfortunately, long are the days where a handshake can seal the deal. Our many duties to our clients include the following: we help you find a lender, provide you with neighborhood, tax, and comparable property data, help you narrow down your home choices to "the one", negotiate the contract with the Seller, get you through the contingencies, effectively communicate to all parties in the transaction (and there are many), and ultimately get everyone to the settlement table to transfer the property.

We work with mortgage lenders, other realtors, appraisers, home inspectors, contractors, repair companies, settlement attorneys, underwriters, and surveyors - basically whoever we need to call on in "the business" to get our job done.
